I have run into folks with guns on the trail...One guy was walking his dog, and looked rather "normal", whatever that means to you. Anyhow, I caught a glimpse of a holseted weapon under his jacket. Did not think much of it, matter of fact, he asked me for directions.

I need to confirm that water is present in Grant and KP Creek. Alpine Ranger district did not have any information.
