Off the top of my head. I think it kills everything in 45 min except...????????. The last thing takes 4hours and it's prob crypto which is supposed to be pretty nasty. I could bing it or go look a a tablet but I need to go get rest.. Hi I'm bob and I haven't hiked in 4 days :y:

I just spoke with John at the Mesa Ranger District and 201 and 25 will be open tomorrow :y: . 25a and 201a will remain closed. I will be heading out a few times over the weekend and will update when my plans are firm. Mormon grove and Mt peeley both can be accessed.

It really depends on what fits your foot best. Ding...ding...ding...we have a winner. There are lots of threads on hiking shoes and trail runners. People have differing opinions on the manufacturers. Keens are great..no there not...are too...Salomons are awesome....mine only lasted one hike.. too t...

On my Grand Gulch trip...we traded a lighter to a guy for 2 liters of his pristine water. :y: Later that day, we tried doing the bandanna pre-filter and then decided it was better to just hike out fast. If I ever do that trip again(highly doublful), I'll just do what Amuary did and carry 120 pounds ...

The only hiking boot I ever bought were Merrell Moab Ventalators(sp) still have them never wear em anymore but loved the fit.
