can you still park and hike down to the dam from the top of fossil springs? the 4 mile train into and out of the canyon?

im planning on going to Higlers creek tomorrow and fossil springs with a group on tues.

Will there be any issues going to these places? does anyone have any idea?

what's your opinion on CO's roughest summit hikes, not climbs. Has anyone hiked Mount Kilimanjaro? Ive skiied many mountains in CO and hiked mountains between 12-13 thousand feet in elevation, would going to 14-15 increased risk for any time of AMS?

Ive done many local phx summit hikes including, Browns peak Flatiron Thompson peak Camelbak (of course) Humphreys Peak (flagg) these are all great hikes and ive greatly enjoyed them, but i want something bigger and badder.
