I know they exist, I've downloaded them before, but can't seem to find the "non-charge" version.
Here is a charge version:

If you use Topo! or Topo!Explorer, its a free download through the software. http://www.natgeomaps.com/hunting#GMU

If you're handy you can download a piece of software called GPSBabel to convert any GPS format to any other GPS format. In this case, a Topo! .tpo to whatever Garmin format you want. (.gdb? .mps?)

If you're not that handy, let me know what Garmin format you want it in and I'll post it here for you today. Also, do you want ALL the game units, or just a couple of specific ones? If so, I'll need to know which ones. The .tpo file with all of them is about 700k. I don't know if the size will change much when the format is changed.

@chumley I found the files in my copy of Arizona TOPO... maybe that's where I was remember seeing and downloading them to/from.
Do you have to convert all 82 of the individual GMU files, or is there a way to mass convert all of them?
GPS Babel is pretty simple to use, but 82 files is a bit labor intensive.
I use GPSBabel all the time to convert single *.KML files out of Google Earth to *.gpx.

I tried running a *.tpo file through GPSBabel with an error return of "Sorry, the file format was not recognized."

http://www.gpsies.com/convert.do.
GPSbabel does do the trick!
