This one sounds like it's almost over and hopefully not too bad.

It appears to have gotten some of the AZT. It's surprising what happens along an 800 mile line across the state.

It appears to have affected about
1 Mile of the end of AZT#1, and
1 Mile of the beginning of AZT#2

Pretty snazzy map there brucie, how'd you do that map?

@azdesertfather
One helping of Google Earth, sprinkled with a fire boundary overlay, a dab of an AZT#1 Track, followed closely with a pinch of AZT#2 track.

can you work that magic for the Montezuma fire? I tried, where do you get the fire boundary overlay?

I think that is the Monument Fire.
Spring winds are still annoying, but if they aren't filled with dirt or cold, they aren't that bad.

I think he means the Monument fire, which began at Montezuma Pass on the Coronado NM.

Here is a map that you are probably looking for http://hikearizona.com/map.php?QX=852

Fire boundaries are loaded on site yearly in mass. Those over a year old should be available through the search box on the map. For anyone that comes across this post unable to find an old boundary just let me know. Older than 2000 may not be possible but I'll try.
