Rattlesnake Quiet Area

I found an explanation of the Rattlesnake Quiet Area that I thought might make a helpful addition to the Old Munds Highway trail description.

The USFS is going to make more changes in the future to restrict areas from motorized vehicles (due to the explosion of ATV's). This won't be the last area to be put under restrictions.
