I've personally never had it, but if it truly tastes [even a little] like chicken, save yourself the trouble and just eat chicken. :)
You never hear anyone say "This chicken is good... tastes kinda like rattlesnake!"
That's pretty good chicken - Tastes like Rattlesnake.
