Hit the Peralta trail around 8:30 to do the Weaver Needle Loop. The weather was great for a hike. It was nice to meet and hike with some fellow HAZERS I haven't hiked with before and a couple I have. Allen,Nick,Preston,Joe,and Bob.It seemed like there was water everywhere you looked. The view of Weaver'sw Needle was nice as always and the climb up Terrapin was a workout as always We stopped after the climb up and ate lunch. We earned it. After We headed down Bluff Springs Joe lead us down Barks Lower Canyon. My first time down there and it was a real treat. There was water everywhere. We saw three hikers and a dog up on the Bluff Springs trail when we were in Barks down below. That was the only hikers we saw all day and that was at a distance. We hit Dutchman from there and headed back. Great hike and Great company. Thanks to Joe for driving and Preston for the cold beverage afterwards.
