This was a date hike with my husband! So romantic - he took a day off work and we used daycare (already paid for, why not) as a babysitter for 15 month old Caroline. Risky since we could have been called with a fever and had 45 minutes to come pick her up, but that just made it all the more fun

Odd that until today we've never hiked Squaw together since moving here in 2002. Good workout - 33 minutes to top for me - not bad for being out of shape. Brought my pump in the car with a cooler pack. Then lunch at grande orange then botanical gardens. All in all a super fun day just the two of us kickin' it B.C.-style (before Caroline).
