I took a little journey up Ventana Canyon up to Maiden Pools this afternoon. The water was really flowing today, but didn't get my feet wet over the 14 stream crossings before I reached the pools (or after, either). It also rained a bit, though, and the rocks were a bit slick on the way back. It was a really beautiful day.
