Hosted a weekend campout at Lost Dutchman State Park for a meetup group from Tucson. It was nice having Angela join us too. Saturday's hike was up to the Flatiron and about half mile beyond on the Ridgeline trail. Had hoped the numerous hedgehog cacti on top would be putting on a show, but we were about a week early for that. There were probably more folks on the trail than I had seen before on my visits. And of course the park was jammed as usual for our version of "March Madness" (flower photography). Very green again this year from all the rains, but the lower portion had not yet turned to a sea of yellow, as the majority of the brittle bush had yet to bloom. The other wildflowers in the lower sections were putting on a good display however.
