great day, great weather. we had to walk a bit longer because we had a 2wd but still an easy hike. About 8 miles all easy stuff, mostly road. The ruin although not as spectacular as the ones down cherry creek was still worthy of a days worth of hiking. Lots of wild flowers and oh how green the desert was! got to see lots of wildlife, a couple of deer, a couple of javalina, cottontails, and a black tailed rattle snake.I have posted some photos and I think they will tell more than I can write.
