2nd attempt. Arrived late in the day, we followed the canyon to Pumphouse Wash (sad, lots of graffiti on the rocks)until we got to a big pour-off. At that point it was dark so we went left up the bank and took the dirt road back to our truck. There were lots of people partying to the right of PHW, lots of gun fire, atv's, music...

Other than the noise, it was a nice, easy hike. Good to see some trees too if you been in the valley for too long.
