Started up Auger Canyon Road where our family property adjoins National Forest land. Traveled up the road about 1.6 miles, then went off trail into a stand of Aspen. Followed a game trail along Nutrioso Creek which led to a huge meadow with tall grasses. This led to a two tracker that I followed for about 3/4 mile along the east side of the creek. Back onto a game trail that ultimately led me back to the property where I started. Arrived back at camp with two soaked feet from the dewey wet grasses I pushed through on those game trails. Notes for next time: Where long pants and seal skin socks to keep legs and feet dry.
Wildflowers Observation Moderate

This is my gym. I have to travel down a bumpy road to get there. There are no treadmillls, no machines, and no personal trainers. I walk..I run..I breathe the fresh air. I can go any time I want, as much as I want and there is no membership fee.
