I've been wanting to do this hike for a while but the long drive kept me away. I finally decided it was time to go. We loaded up the Jeep and made the journey. The fall colors are nice. The last 3 miles up to the peak are similar to Quartz Peak hike. I'm glad I went and only wish I would have seen the bomber wreck this time too. The company was as crazy as usual.
