We hiked down to Thicket Springs and met up with the overnight crew. They've covered a ton of ground but unfortunately, a ton of ground here is a drop in the bucket. We took the area between ravines 2 & 3 and ascended for a while. The vegetation gets worse and worse the higher you get and judging from the face of Sheep Mountain from here, it might be one of the worst ways to bail. I imagine there are much more important possibilities to put energies into. It was pleasure meeting so many of the HAZ family today.
