    A day for firsts and lasts. :)

    The last hike of the year and it is feeling good to be getting back in to some regular hiking. Hopefully lots more for 2011.

    Two firsts. My first hike description on HAZ and my first hike on one of the new area 620 trails on South Mountain. My intention had been to do the Bees Knees trail and the Gila View trail as a loop. However the trail I took down off the mountain turned out to be the Mine Drop trail so I will need to find the Gila View trail another day. On the way down I could see some switch backs on another hill further east so I suspect that is the Gila View trail.
