The air this morning was crystal clear and provided a great opportunity to scan the lower Salt Valley from Coon Bluff. The short hike provided an opportunity to give my daughter's Catahoula some exercise as he rehabilitates from knee injury. So the Westies remained at home while their 2 non-pedigree siblings went in search (unsuccessful) of the wild stallions. Still no signs of flowering on the desert plants, but with the warm weather I am certain that will happen any day. Great relaxing morning.
