Started at about 6:45AM from the Blue Point TH as to avoid purchasing a Tonto Pass. Turkey Vultures were circling overhead taking advantage of the cooler temps and the windy conditions. Great Blue Herons were fishing in the Salt River. I startled what I think might've been a juvenile bald eagle near the Bluff Point cliffs. I got one photo so feel free to give me your input. I also spotted cardinals, phainopeplas and red-winged blackbirds. The temperature had warmed up by the time I got back around to Water Users making that final, uneventful stretch a little tiring. So I relaxed by dipping my feet in the Salt. Real nice hike.
