Finally got myself up for an early-morning hike in the Tortolitas. This is a great early-morning loop, if I'd started at 5:30 instead of 6 am I would have had shade for a lot more of the hike. Now I know for next time. Met another hiker on the trail from the nearby neighborhood who was fun to talk to on the way back. No snakes seen.
