Decided to hang out not far from home, so spent 3 nights at Bog Spring Campground. Saturday morning hiked up to Baldy Saddle with some friends from SAHC. Otherwise it was just hanging out at camp enjoying storms and the natural setting. It was peaceful on the trails, but not in camp. On all three nights (including Sunday) there were rowdies carrying on until nearly dawn. This is sort of out of character for this campground, as usually you get birders and other nature lovers to keep it mellow, or at least shut it down by midnight. Regardless, a beautiful area especially during the monsoon.
