I did this as an out and back.I got a late start(8:12)and it got a little warm on the way back.This was my first time going south of Siphon on Jacob's Trail.A little bare at first but it got better and some great views! The trail isn't marked well after Siphon but if you follow the most worn path you should be alright.There is a sign on the ground at the intersection with Lost Golmine trail and one at the end(or start)by some houses,a paved road,and a NO parking sign.
