Due to weather issues in the northern part of the state Joe and I decided to do this hike on our way back to warmer weather.Nice little hike and lots more to explore in the area. The Badger Trail part of it is fairly easy. From there there is a lot of boulder hopping.I only fell twice.Joe on the other hand is sure footed as a cat.The weather was awesome with cloud cover most of the time.Lots of boulders, sticker bushes, and some cattails. There is something about this area that makes you want to keep exploring. We finally had to call it a day with a plan to come back another day to explore some more! Thanks Joe (cat) Bartels
