Climbing again.. finally!

Was out in the LA area for a little while, so met up with a couple friends for some climbing. I've never been to a top rope-only area, so it was an interesting new experience. I got to "help" set up the anchors by placing my first piece of gear.

The climbing is nice but on soft sandstone, which is why the area has not been bolted. The overhung stuff that we didn't do looked fun, and there was even some bouldering and roof action. We stuck to TR, and had fun climbing and getting into chalk fights. Nice little area; I'd like to go back sometime and try out those overhung routes.
