hike in the Supes.We were going to do a little looking around for clues on Jesse.The trail was burned in the beginning but after that it was good until our turn off by Kanes Spring.Our first time finding the spring.From there it was a little rough going to Tortilla Peak.I was surprised to see Jesse's name in the register.The way down was 10 times harder.Between the steepness,scree,trees,sharp rock,and cacti it was a real challenge.Except for the register we saw no clues.Next time will try another area.Wally spotted the wildlife this trip.Fox,Whitetail,couple raptors,and some quail.Wally treated at Tortilla Flats and we called it a day.Thanks to Wally for driving,the hike and dinner!
