Of all the times that I have been out to various trails off of First Water Road, I have never gone on this trail. Don't know why. Thought I would check it out even though the trail description makes it sound a bit uneventful. My friend didn't have much time to hike so I figured this would be a nice quick one! It was quick and easy, but beautiful! I love all the rock formations and the view of Weaver's Needle was the icing on the hiker's cake! I would say the hike is very family friendly so I will definitely be bringing the grandkids to this trail when they all come out for Thanksgiving
