This was quite a hike! I liked the forest on the top, and the views. The FS map at TH says it's 11.2 miles R/T. Joe said it is less than that. My GPS said 10.8, so I'm going with that. I did hike a short distance up the Wilson Canyon trail as well, but turned around when I realized it was the wrong trail.

Oak Creek Canyon is full of tourists, even on a weekday. I met two sets of Canadians, and some Scottish people. The Scots were on the summit!
