    Started out before sunrise about 6:55am. Caught up to a group of 5 hikers then another group of 2 on the way up. Arrived at the top in the fog. Took some pics and walked around the plane crash site before heading back down. Must have seen another 40-50 people going up on my way down.

    This is my gym. I have to travel down a bumpy road to get there. There are no treadmillls, no machines, and no personal trainers. I walk..I run..I breathe the fresh air. I can go any time I want, as much as I want and there is no membership fee.
