Watched the lunar eclipse while hiking this morning beginning at 5:45. As the sky got lighter it became harder to see the moon. By 7:10 I couldn't see it at all through the hazy sky over the White Tank mountains viewed from the National trail ridgeline. Waited for the sun to come up, but that didn't help. Pretty cool before that though. I wasn't able to get any decent eclipse pictures with my point n shoot camera.
