My parents came to town and of course wanted to do some hiking! I didn't figure there would be too much water out on the Hieroglyphics Trail, but the area is nice so we headed on up anyway. The water levels were okay but not running too well. Still, they loved just being out there and seeing the area, and were very intrigued by the balance rock in particular. Unfortunately we didn't have enough time to explore up-wash farther, but still had an amazing time in the relative serenity of the area.
