Perfect weather, cold in the morning for the assault up Siphon Draw, then cool 50's to low 60's for the rest of the hike.
On the way back to Tucson we stopped in Florence for dinner at The L&B Inn Mexican Restaurant. What a delight to find the Saturday evening Special was a prime rib dinner for six dollars and ninety nine cents $6.99 (not a typo). To be honest I didn't expect too much for that price, yet they managed to serve a very nice 10 oz portion with rice, beans and creamed horseradish sauce. Delivered rare as ordered! I did give some serious thought to getting one to go.
