I had Arizona Trail meetings in Superior and Pine, so I drove up to the White Canyon Wilderness the day before. The flowers were much more prevalent than just a week ago. Parked at the trailhead and hiked into the first white pools and set up camp. Saw only one group leaving as I hiked in. A perfect place to spend the day wandering around, photographing flowers and that was about all I was in the mood for. Had a great night under the stars and was in a meeting by 10am.
