Did this hike the day after skiing at Sunrise Mtn. Slightly muddy conditions made for some cross country hiking, runoff from snow in the meadows produced lovely streams. According to a description (from another website) we should have found the ice cave shortly after passing by Scott Reservoir but it eluded us. Still a fun hike through the Sitgreaves NF.
