chose holbert trail for my after work hike this morning
wanted to verify the distance and aeg
even brought my camera just in case
saw three chuckwallas and got pictures of two
saw the tail of a snake disappearing under a rock
might have been a young rattlesnake - tail was undeveloped
the couple nearby was a little freaked, especially when i was trying to get a picture of it
i was unsuccessful
more people out than i would have expected, including a pack of screaming kids
once they passed, it was quiet and peaceful
