I did not make it to the top (again)... I did however complete about 5.5 mi by the time I got back to my truck. It was a gorgeous day and I knew I didn't have enough time to make it the whole way, but I also realized by the time I turned around that I did not have the desire to continue any higher haha! I don't really feel safe balance-wise up there, feel like I could lose my footing at any time on some of those gravel covered rocks and then off the cliff I would go So, especially b/c I go alone most of the time, I try to listen to my gut and not push my limits too much. Anyway, the flowers were out and I got some great pics and just enjoyed being out hiking instead of buried in my books. I could go on about the flowers I saw but the pictures say it best so check 'em out!!
