Woke up this morning at 4:45am and decided to go for a hike. I like that the Superstitions are so close to my house. I arrive at First Water Rd 20 minutes after I left home. Hiked up trail with my good camera on my hip. Stopped to take pics along the way. Nice cloud cover and a decent sunrise added to the enjoyment this morning. Also, plenty of critters running around including rabbits, squirrels, quail, etc. A cool breeze greeted me up at Praying Hands. I rested a few moments and continued back down.

This is my gym. I have to travel down a bumpy road to get there. There are no treadmillls, no machines, and no personal trainers. I walk..I run..I breathe the fresh air. I can go any time I want, as much as I want and there is no membership fee.
