Had a very nice and relaxing camping trip in the Sierra Anchas with a friend. Showed up around 2 PM Saturday afternoon and got a nice spot about 20 feet from the creek at the falls campground. Rock hopped up the creek with the intent of reaching the falls. After about a mile we decided to climb up a long and steep rock slide to the road and continue to the falls from there. My friend messed up his ankle on the rock slide and decided it was a good idea to head back to the campground rather than continue to the falls. I reluctantly followed, but I have pictures to document the hike thus far. I will surely be back soon. I loved it up there!
