Did the hike via the Flume Rd trail. Got to the waterfall in 15 minutes with help from a friend on four wheels... No, we didn't drive our car up the road. Only APS service trucks are allowed to travel the road (hint hint).

Since this was a weekday, we saw only about 5 people the whole day, which was a refreshing change. I almost wish the creek and waterfall were less easily accessible because it might keep the place a bit cleaner.

How To Put Out a Campfire
A campfire must be extinguished by drowning it with water, stirring with a shovel, and repeating that process until the campfire is cold to the touch. A campfire is still a danger if it has any trace of heat, and must not be left or abandoned. Wildfires can begin by abandoned campfires that rebuild heat on windy days and then blowing embers ignite surrounding grasses and brush.
