Well still being a beginner, we had just gotten our backpacks and I wanted to get used to the weight so my husband chose this trail to use our backpacks on. It was harder than our other hikes for me and left me pretty winded at times but was totally worth the effort. The rock formations and views, in my opinion were breath taking. We stop towards the top at the saddle and went off to the side of the trail on a little ledge to have lunch. Gorgeous trip and I enjoyed the view down as we ate. Loved it!
