Hiked through the sleet into the snow coming down on the Finger Rock trail in the Catalinas this afternoon. I uploaded a few pics onto the hike page for Finger Rock. There were a couple of other intrepid individuals up there but they did the smart thing and turned around after the first series of switchbacks. I didn't make it even to Loma Linda because on account of the ice setting up on the granite on the west wall above the canyon, but it was a good old fashioned winter wonderland, either way.
