Had a great day with a group of 6 lead by my new hiking friend Lil. We left a car a Peralta then drove down to the the Carney Springs TH. Huffed and puffed up Carney Springs then headed over to Robbers Roost. Along the way, a member of our group took a fall and had a agave needle tip driven quite deep into her arm. We were unable to extract it and had to just bandage it up. She was a real trooper and wanted us to continue to the Roost where we stopped for lunch. We made our way down to Fremont Saddle and then split up. Our injured hiker went down Peralta with two others and the rest of us went back on the Cave Trail.
