This was an awesome hike today. Did it as a shuttle hike. In from the north trailhead and out to the south trailhead. The drive back from the south trailhead seemed very long. The canyon is amazing. Definitely worth the strenuous hike.

The last 4 miles from the confluence to the south trailhead had to be the longest 4 miles of my life. Its pretty steep.

Waiting for our shuttle vehicle we ran into a real life cowboy. Riding a horse, carrying a pistol, and 4 of his dogs, who were going to round up some of his cattle.

Took the whole day to do with the driving. I left my house this morning around 6:30AM and arrived back at 9:30 PM. Long but fun day.
