Hiked this on Saturday. Started from the trailhead near the ranger station. Some burnt areas but all coming back nicely. Incredibly green--grass up to the waist on many sections. Flowers everywhere and plenty of berries to eat along the way. Tons of water at Novio. Saw what was left of the jet. Perfect weather. Met another nice hiker who had parked on the other end of the trail who gave me a ride back to my bike, so that was really cool. Had one of those massive cookies at the cookie cabin place when it was all said and done--yummy. Lots of people in Summerhaven, but traffic wasn't bad on way up or down, so nice riding on top of it all. Another amAZing day!
