Went for what was supposed to be a short hike, ended up getting lost. It got dark and we were still on the trail. Came across a bunch of rattlesnakes in the dark on the trail. Overall I think I lost a few years off my life nearly stepping on two rattlesnakes. Otherwise it was a nice hike. Next time I'll remember a map and fresh batteries for the petzel!
