My dad was fired up to climb Mt. Kimball from Pima Canyon. Who am I to stop the man? He was not sure if he'd make it...4 hours and 10 minutes later he made it. What a freak.

Pima Canyon is the canyon in Tucson. Others rock, Pima rules. The stretch from dam 2 to the spring is tough, from the spring to the saddle is a pure Pusch Ridge butt-kicking free-for-all. In other words it's fun.
The views above Pima Saddle just aren't fair.

Gorgeous weather with the cottonwoods just starting to turn made this a perfect day to hike to Kimball. 5th time up, as always it won't be the last.
