I hiked from the Carney Springs parking lot up to the Superstition Mountain summit and returned via the same route. It was a great hike and I thank all the trail gnomes for their excellent cairns and paint dots. It was my first time on this route and had very little trouble finding the way. Weather was sunny, in the 70s, which made for a very comfortable hike. Spent an hour on top enjoying the sun.
