Started at Queen Valley Road and Hwy 60 where there were clusters of poppies and lupens. Headed along Hewitt Station Road to Whitlow Dam area and looped over to the Picketpost Mountain AZT trail head. Headed south along the AZT about 2 1/2 miles before heading back with the sun starting to get low in the sky...

Best wildflower locations seem to be the highway medians, particularly the center median...
