This was my first time hiking Salome and only took the trail to the canyon entrance and climbed down a small distance. This is a beautiful place high water or not. In this case the water was low but still flowing. As you can see from the photo the low water proved to be quite picturesque with greens and blues against the peachy smooth sandstone walls.
