Still sticking to flat surfaces so that pretty much grounded me to the Rim while friends went on an adventure. It's been a long time since I simply strolled the Rim like a tourist. It was okay for a couple of hours. The day started out nice and sunny but had turned into a decent thunderstorm a bit before noon with rain and hail!.....eventually there were even snow flurries.

During the storm we found a set of rental car keys and managed to connect them with the owner.

Later in the day I was treated to another of the awesome Grand Canyon Scenic Tours.
