The accent still proved to be a nail biter
Decided I'd rather go down the alternate route
Couldn't find it and ended up going down a long bushwhack
Slow steep & fun, butterflies galore on a nice cool day

On the actual trail the nats/bugs were almost unbearable
Deet 100 was like candy to this group
Huge! best described as hog-nats
I figure a recent rain in addition to all the after-burn grasses (along the trail) makes for perfect breeding.
